Canadian Falls Off Bridge (Allegedly Taking Selfie)

34 Year old Canadian man, Sadri Haidar fell off the Mamo Subulan Bridge near Uluwatu after allegedly taking a selfie.
The incident which occurred at around 5pm on the 7th of May, came to the attention of a local resident when they noticed a motorbike parked on the bridge with the engine still running.
It’s a popular spot for tourists to take selfies with the sunset in the background, so the resident reported the situation to Denpasar Search and Rescue Office, who arrived at the scene at 6:15pm.
Sadri was eventually lifted from under the bridge at 8:25pm, suffering a broken arm, neck injury and wounds all over his body. He was taken directly to Bali Jimbaran Hospital.
