Are There More Aussies In The Lineup?

48,000 Australians traveled to the island of Bali in May 2022, making them the biggest contributor to tourism in Bali for the month. The next highest number of foreigners to visit the island was Great Britain with 15,341 people followed by India with 14,932.

And with more airlines re-opening routes, you can expect to see more Aussies in the lineup over the coming months.

Virgin Australia is the latest airline to resume flights to Bali, after stopping operations for almost 2 years due to the pandemic.

Flight number VA063 from Sydney landed smoothly in Bali on Wednesday 15 June 2022 at 10:50pm, carrying 155 passengers. Virgin Australia will operate every day with flights from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

More routes to Australia are currently serviced by Jet Star and Qantas, from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Darwin, Perth and Cairns.

AirAsia Indonesia is also flying to Perth and Garuda to Sydney.
